It 's the distance that I walked in today that my country to the very successful Straberot, wonderful amateur track event which this year has had a deserved success with over 1400 participants.
A year ago exactly I presented myself at the starting line of this nice race to walk the 6 km between swallowing and refreshments for road and the arrival of at least three times the calories actually burned ..
was my first attempt to run and no training of any kind .. I felt strong only because he just quit smoking!
But that day I promised myself to start exercising and resubmit the following year to run and at least twice the distance!
few months later, after the long harsh winter and I started really corricchiare .. but I did not think to come really infected by this disease!
But anyhow .. what counts is the result today and I promise that I stramantenuta travel from far and 25 km in 2h and 14 ', or an average of 5'21 "!
guys are really soddisfatto e carico.. cosa posso ripromettermi per il prossimo anno???
Ma si, lo dico:
Prima della prossima edizione della Straberot, AVRO' PARTECIPATO ALMENO AD UNA MARATONA!

Here I am back ora ora dalla mia prima visita agonistica!
Era davvero la mia prima volta, l'ultima ero ragazzino e praticavo il Judo, nonostante i miei scarsissimi risultati in gara..beh mi piaceva partecipare comunque!
Ammetto che mi sono recato nel centro medico con una certa ansia..insomma a me, da quando ho cominciato a correre mi pare di stare bene e sempre meglio..ma certificarlo è un altra cosa!
Ad ogni modo..eccomi, promosso a pieni voti e con tanto di complimenti!
Ci pensate che fino a 15 mesi fa ero un sedentario fumatore incallito da 50 sigarette al giorno che se doveva salire dal vicino del 1° piano, si fermava a metà a prendere fiato.. e che proprio ieri invece mi sono sparato 21 km di Tapasciata in quel di Spino d'Adda in Runningforum company of other friends and I made them quietly chatting!?!
And no ache pains this morning and now I just have to face the monstrous riser of the stress test without any problems .. and soon, finished writing this post made me go out a run for a little break in 'my new Asics 1150?!
I'm really excited about my condition and all the benefits that this wonderful activity that is running, is taking me!

Hello Lisa Welcome to my blog Italian Emerging Writers like to introduce you to the readers?

Hello Alessandra, with pleasure, my name is Lisa aka Iavy Drake, 27 years old and I work in graphic design, writing for me has become a passion which I cultivated each day until I decided to try to throw and thus was born my first book "Between ligh and darkness."

What is the best thing about being a writer?
for me is the comment, I've never been good at explaining in words so I wrote up the tender age per fare capire a chi leggeva emozioni, stati d’animo che provavo.


Ricordi quando hai scoperto il piacere della lettura e con quale libro?
Ho cominciato a leggere molto tardi avevo già finito le superiori, il libro era stato Il prigioniero di Azkaban il terzo libro di Herry Potter della Rowling e da lì non ho più smesso di leggere.

Fai qualcosa in particolare mentre scrivi? Parlaci del tuo processo creativo.
In genere ascolto musica è lei che mi accompagna nelle mie avventure notturne creandomi sensazioni e stimoltandomi nell’immaginazione.

Quali sono stati gli scrittori e i libri che più ti hanno più influenzata?
Cate Tiernan è stata determinante con la sua saga sulla Wicca, invece la fine di Breaking Dawn mi ha spinto a scrivere il mio primo romanzo anche se non ha niente a cui vedere con i vampiri, ma tante altre mi ispirano ogni giorno esempio Keri Arthur, Colleen Gleason, la stessa Rowling insomma chi più ne ha più ne metta.


Qual'è stato il tuo percorso di pubblicazione?
Ero dubbiosa se pubblicarlo, poi alla fine mi sono buttata ho chose seven publishing houses that produced and dealt with the emerging branch of fantasy and then I sent the story, three of which I responded, and I chose the most advantageous offer for me.


What inspired you to write your first novel, Between light and darkness? As it developed later?
The starting point is born out in adolescence had a nightmare that still remember so than I imagined and created the characters and the story to make it a novel.


How much of yourself is the protagonist of the novel?
Very, stubbornness, ambition and desire to stand out to say "Hey, here I'm here too!


Thinking about a future film adaptation of your novel, who would you choose to interpret your 4 players?
Good question! Let me think ... I'd like to see some new faces never before seen in theaters, bringing with them the freshness ...


you like to talk about follow-up? As the story develops?
In future, the story will be vissuta dai figli dei protagonisti, riscoprendo le loro origini e molto di più… il destino del mondo incombe sulle loro spalle senza togliere che oltre a quello i problemi adolescenziali sono all’ordine del giorno… Non svelo nulla di più lascio la palla al lettore…

Ora sto lavorando sul finale del secondo book time in a blink and I'm awaiting a response from the publishing house on the third book in the saga Between Light and Darkness, which will be titled "Apocalypse." And I have many ideas about a future saga about witches and maybe even why not! The true story of Iavy drake.
