really a good run in yesterday's Zeloforamagno Peschiera (MI)
I liked the location, I enjoyed the beautiful sunshine, albeit with a freezing cold, I enjoyed the refreshments and good company with which I ran ..
But most of all I liked the course as I have! The
tapasciata made far faster, faster, also competitive with means for me always prohibitively so far around the 5 'and 3 km even in the latest progression! Final result
1h 48 ', 2 and a half minutes less than the best of my competitive Half!
Of course, here I stopped at all refreshment blocking restart it after trials for Pucci in tea biscuit .. But
cosa mi da buone speranze per le prossime competitive!
Ogni volta che penso che comunque devo rassegnarmi al mio passo lumacone che ormai non si può migliorare.. ecco che arriva una bella sorpresa a riaccendere le speranze!
