L'anno "podistico" è cominciato per me davvero bene!
La primissima gara dell'anno, alla quale tra l'altro mi ero preventivamente iscritto solo con l'obbiettivo di smaltire le porcherie ingurgitate durante le feste natalizie.. corsa che non ero nemmeno sicuro di riuscire a completare visto il percorso collinare al quale io proprio non sono abituato, fatico anche a fare un solo cavalcavia quando lo trovo..
E' stata invece una piacevole e inaspettata sorpresa!
Ho leggermente migliorato il mio personale sulla Mezza, scendendo sotto il "psicologico" muro dell'ora e cinquanta!
Anche se di pochi secondi.. la cosa è per me davvero incoraggiante e mi fa ben sperare per questo nuovo anno che appunto.. è cominciato davvero bene!!!

really a good run in yesterday's Zeloforamagno Peschiera (MI)
I liked the location, I enjoyed the beautiful sunshine, albeit with a freezing cold, I enjoyed the refreshments and good company with which I ran ..
But most of all I liked the course as I have! The
tapasciata made far faster, faster, also competitive with means for me always prohibitively so far around the 5 'and 3 km even in the latest progression! Final result
1h 48 ', 2 and a half minutes less than the best of my competitive Half!
Of course, here I stopped at all refreshment blocking restart it after trials for Pucci in tea biscuit .. But
cosa mi da buone speranze per le prossime competitive!
Ogni volta che penso che comunque devo rassegnarmi al mio passo lumacone che ormai non si può migliorare.. ecco che arriva una bella sorpresa a riaccendere le speranze!

Davvero una bella manifestazione!
Ieri è stata la quinta o la sesta, ormai ho perso il conto, domenica di PIOGGIA consecutiva!
Una vera gioia per quelli con il nostro "problema" :-)la corsa!
Urgeva trovare una bella Tapasciata che però evitasse il più possibile gli sterrati ormai trasformati in vere paludi con tratti simili a sabbie mobili..

Busto Arsizio, for my second Marathon competitiva.. com'è andata? come da titolo!
Ci ho messo quasi 2 minuti in più, chiudendo con un Real Time di 1h 52' 22"!
Eppure ho tagliato il traguardo felice come la prima volta!
Ero partito dopo una settimana di fermo totale per via di un dolore al ginocchio, e oltre la paura di dovermi ritirare dopo pochi km per quel problema.. è intervenuta anche una crisi da mancato allenamento che stava per fermarmi dopo il 15° km, poi l'incoraggiamento dell'amico e collega che si vede in foto accanto a me, mi ha fatto proseguire ad un ritmo più lento per un paio di km finchè mi sono sentito meglio, fino al punto di improvvisare questa IMPROBABILE volata della quale l'epilogo è immortalato in questa foto!
