Bene.. per aggiornare il mio "cammino" verso la mia PrimaVera Mezza Maratona:
Questa mattina Tapasciata in quel di Marzano di Merlino.
Ero uscito di casa per farmi i 13 km, ma con in testa l'idea che se non avesse fatto caldo, avrei cominciato le prove tecniche di trasmissione tentando la 19 km.. e così è stato!
Parto subito col dire che ho chiuso con un tempo di 1h 42', quindi una media finale di 5'22".
Non male, letto così.. beh, sembrerebbe proprio che il mio obiettivo di chiudere una competitiva da 21 km sotto le 2 ore, sia già alla mia portata!
