There 's been .. and much better than expected!
by saying that I'm leaving now, getting up in the morning and seeing that those in the forecast was not wrong .. I was a bit 'down!
Hope to run into a spring-like day in shirt and shorts, it was off in the rain now coming down!
Yet, against all odds .. I killed my previous staff on the distance of well almost 3 minutes!
Do not believe it!
I would say that almost could have gone even better, because for me the absurd pace until 17 km almost always below 5 ', but I have to admit that it could have been even worse since then km just started my crisis .. I was almost fully functional legs and heart, but the gas was really running out and that, thanks to my mate Francesco path "in that photo with the yellow vest and her arms raised next to me" I stood alongside to encourage them and would have fled towards a better PB, I came down while maintaining acceptable average that I got this new 1h47'12 "!
